بررسی مقایسه ای ادراک بینایی در سالمندان ساکن در شهرستان سبزوار

زمینه و هدف: جمعیت سالمندان در جهان روبه افزایش است. خطر افتادن همراه با بالا رفتن سن افزایش می‌یابد. اختلالات بینایی از جمله عوامل خطرساز درونی افتادن است. ادراک بینایی یکی از انواع اختلالات بینایی می‌باشد. در این پژوهش ارتباط آن با خطر افتادن در سالمندان شهرستان سبزوار مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته است. مواد و روش‌ها: روش مطالعه موردی – شاهدی است. 89 نفر سالمند(43 نفر بدون سابقه ی افتادن، 46 نفر با سابقه‌ی افتادن) شهرستان سبزوار به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس، در این پژوهش شرکت نمودند. آزمودنی‌ها از نظر وضعیت دمانس (توسط پرسشنامه هاچنسکی)، افتادن، چگونگی آن (با پرسشنامه ترس از افتادن) و ادراک بینایی (تست DTVP-A Developmental Test of Visual Perception Adolescence and Adult,) ارزیابی شدند. نتایج با استفاده از آزمون یومن ویتنی با نرم افزار آماری SPSS نسخه 17 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفته شد. یافته‌ها: در بین دو گروه سالمندان با و بدون سابقه‌ی افتادن تفاوت معناداری از نظر ادراک بینایی جامع (001/0P
